Is this QR code generator really free?
Yes — every tool on this site is completely free with no account, no watermark, no download limits and no scan caps. The codes are yours to use commercially, on anything from business cards to packaging.
Do the QR codes expire?
No. These are static QR codes: the content is physically encoded in the pattern itself, so they keep working forever — even if this website disappeared tomorrow. There is no subscription that can lapse and no service that can switch them off.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Generation happens entirely in your browser — the URL, Wi-Fi password or contact details you encode never leave your device. We collect only anonymous usage counts (like “a Wi-Fi code was generated”) so we know which tools to improve; never the content itself.
Which formats can I download?
PNG in 512, 1024 or 2048 pixel sizes, and SVG — a true vector format that scales to any print size without quality loss. Both are free, watermark-free and generated locally on your device.
Can I add my logo to the QR code?
Yes. Upload a logo and it's placed in the center; error correction is automatically raised to the highest level and the covered modules are removed for a clean look. If the logo grows too large for reliable scanning, you'll get a warning.
What’s the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
A static code contains the content itself — it's free, permanent and private, but the destination can't be changed after printing. A dynamic code points to a redirect service that can be re-aimed and tracked, which requires an account and a running subscription.
